The items should arrive within 3 days for the city, Yangon and Mandalay. For the others, it will take 5 ~ 7 Days. Our system has the preorder items which are direct from overseas, that can take the time within 30 days.

Delivery fees may increase with the distance from our office.

If your package is damaged during delivery, you can submit the photo and description of damage to request a refund.

The customer can refund the items within 3 days. The refund items must be in good condition which is disliked by customers, not damaged. Those items must have good packaging and label conditions.

The customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours.
